Fruit Salad and Blackberry Flowers

Posted by Tiffany at 7:47 pm in Healthy Eating.

Dessert tonight was a favorite among the kids and the adults. It is amazing how something so simple can be so delightful. To make I just cut up some strawberries and mango and then added some blackberries and a nice squirt of raw agave nectar. It was soooo divine. ;)

YUM! I love the presentation as well! We are big fruit fanatics at our house. I can’t wait for summer and fresh fruit from the farmer’s market…look at Georgia peaches!!!

Have a good week! Cheers, Kimberly

I love this dessert! Isn’t it amazing how presentation can make all the difference? I can hand my kids some almonds and a blackberry and they’d happily scarf it down, but if I made it into a cute little flower like you did, they’d be thrilled!

Your fruit salad looks delicious too, so simple and tasty!
