for cookware, we know teflon is BAD. a couple years ago my dad got us a set of hard anodized (teflon free) non stick cookware. i prefer the cast iron, but this is so easy sometimes to clean. we don’t have enough cast iron right now for everything.. how bad is the hard anodized? i looked it up several times and can’t find a reason NOT to use it! also.. anyone use glass pots?

Wow! I didn’t know they had a book….great information….I have a couple friends who are expecting!! What a good idea. I completely support Healthy Child Healthy World and just recently signed up for their newsletters…also planning to host a party! Mom’s can host parties in their community to help others make a difference by using the 5 step method. I’m excited to get involved!

Have you seen the blue butterfly program by Healthy Child Healthy World? They support Shaklee so you might not like that part but it's a great five step program for families, schools and childcare centers. I use the video often. You can find it on their website. Sounds like a great book! I’ll definitely put it on my wish-list. First-time mamas should definitely read a book like this and start off as non-toxic as possible from day one.
