I just came across the trailer for a new movie that will be released soon on the web…Food Matters. It appears to discuss how what we eat is what is making us so sick. It looks like it will be pretty awesome. I was especially excited to see David Wolfe in it.

Check it out!

Wow, I can’t wait to see it! I wish my family could see it, too. My mother recently visited for a week, and because I recyle, try to by organic, no preservatives, care about the safety of non-food products I buy/kinds of plastic, try to buy only American… she labeled me as an extremist and said I needed to stop and buy more convience foods for my husband and kids etc… I love my mother very much, but I wish she would let me to my thing… I’m not trying to convert her over to my way of thinking.

I hope this movie goes mainstream so people will finally start taking a look at what they are eating. Once you start educating yourself it’s very difficult to buy processed and chemically laden foods.

    Lovelilacs,

My family is the same way with me. They don’t understand and tease me. They ask if everything is organic or green and they do it to poke fun of me. I shrug them off. Keep doing what you know is right. This movie would be so great if it went mainstream.
