Thanks for the blog! I've been thinking a lot about it, but I'm nervous about the cost and whether my boyfriend and I will be able to consume that many veggies each week! Do you have any suggestions for where to get great recipes for all the different veggies? Thanks! Luckily, my friend, Patti, owns a farm and I just gave her my deposit for the upcoming season. Patti gives her CSA members recipe cards, too! So, I'll know exactly what to do with the kale. It is so hot and so dry that farming and gardening takes a great deal of water and it is in short supply there. Our CSA let us split a share with another family so hopefully things won't go to waste.
