10 Ways to Help Your Child Connect With the Natural World

Posted by Tiffany at 10:13 am in Children, Tidbits.

Today’s post appears over at Parent Wonder. If you recall Abel Cheng, the owner of Parent Wonder, was a guest blogger last week with 30 Ways to Go Green With Your Family. Today I am a guest blogger for him with 10 Ways to Help Your Child Connect With the Natural World. ENJOY!

And thanks Abel!

Thanks to you for such a great article.

Great article! I read Last Child… last summer and have added his information to a parenting class I teach about the value of open-ended play. I really struggle with this personally because my own children (elementary and middle school) are simply not interested in spending time outside. It’s driven me crazy this summer!
